Gregoire founded Crepe Royale in Kent CT in 2019 by repurposing a SWAT Ambulance into a Food Truck!

The Truck may no longer be used to save lives, but it is now used to feed them..

Grégoire is a native of Paris, the City of Lights, and the dream of serving French food dates back to his childhood surrounded by the sights and smells of a vibrant and elevated food culture.

Some of the best food in the world can be found in Paris, where classic French cuisine blends with food cultures from around the world.

Crepes, in particular, are ubiquitous in France, and what could be more French?

Inspired by the creativity, if not always the quality of American cuisine, Gregoire was eager to bring the classic French idea of quality fast food to the innovative food culture here in the US..

The result is CREPE ROYALE the best of French tradition fused with American inspiration and innovation!
