Homemade Salty Caramel


    Gourmet desserts : good "thin paper" crepes filled with melting salted caramel.

    Normandy, and Mont Saint-Michel in particular, is famous for its brown and white spotted cows, which produce the richest, creamiest milk in France. This milk is not only turned into delicious cream and cheese, but sweet lovers will be delighted to learn that it is also used to make a wide range of salted caramels, which we use in our Brittany Crepe.
