Cinnamon Butter

Cinnamon, Butter, Cinnamon sugar


    Gourmet desserts : good "thin paper" crepes filled with melting caramelized apples and cinnamon, or simply with butter and cinnamon... 

    The filling is made by spreading softened butter over the entire surface of the crepe, then sprinkling a generous amount of cinnamon sugar over the butter. The crêpe is carefully folded to enclose the sweet, buttery filling and served hot. It may not look very complicated, but it's absolutely delicious.
