Our ''Red Crepe Maki'' is a crepe topped with beets, arugala, goat cheese and pumpkin seeds, rolled and cut to maki size and served with a variety of sauces.

 

What's the secret behind CREPE ROYALE LLC's signature "Red Crepe Maki"?

The Red Crepe Maki was designed by our crepe chef to create a friendlier and more shareable dining experience: Imagine a beautifully thin, fluffy crepe made with a homemade crêpe batter, tinted with beet juice, and topped with fresh goat cheese, arugula, and beets.

Preparation: Crumbled goat cheese is placed on a crêpe and topped with beets, whose sweetness blends beautifully with the flavor of the goat cheese. Baby arugula sprouts add both peppery and nutty notes.
Once cut, the makis are sprinkled with golden pumpkin seeds for a little crunch and a gourmet touch.
