Red Crepe Maki

Our "Red Crepe Maki" is a crêpe filled with beets, arugula, goat cheese, and pumpkin seeds. It is rolled and cut to maki size, then served with a variety of sauces.

 

What's the secret behind Crepe Royale LLC's signature "Red Crepe Maki"?

Our Crêpe-Chef designed the "Red Crepe Maki" to create a friendlier and more shareable dining experience. Imagine a beautifully thin, fluffy crêpe made with homemade batter tinted with beet juice and topped with fresh goat cheese, arugula, and beets.

 

Our secret touch: We place crumbled goat cheese on a crêpe and top it with beets, whose sweetness blends beautifully with the goat cheese's flavor. Baby arugula sprouts add peppery and nutty notes.
Once cut, the makis are sprinkled with golden pumpkin seeds for crunch and a gourmet touch.
