Each guest can compose his or her own plate, exploring a range of dishes as delicious as they are aesthetically pleasing. Our Grazing Tables are truly colorful artistic tableaux. The scenography will guide the participants of your event and their entry into the staged story - a scenography personalized to the theme of the event and always in a refined and delicate style. THE CONCEPT CONSISTS OF AN IMMENSE FEAST PRESENTED IN THE FORM OF A TABLE COVERED WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF DELICIOUS AND APPETIZING DISHES: • Fruits, such as bunches of grapes that look like they're straight out of a still life, or sliced figs with a glowing heart that adds a natural sweetness, • Crunchy vegetables, edible flowers, • A farandole of cheeses, each with its own character: a smooth Brie, a sharp Cheddar, a boldly veined Gorgonzola... • Around them, the charcuterie, sliced with precision, elegantly drapes the room. It creates hills and valleys of salty, smoky flavors. • Then there are the garnishes: walnuts for crunch; olives for bitterness; gherkins and capers for spice. • Spreads and dips, from creamy hummus to smoky eggplant caviar, provide the backdrop for other flavors to unfold... • Crackers, crusty breads, sliced baguettes... • And let's not forget the feast for the eyes: the dishes are adorned with flowers and skillfully arranged decorations to create an edible work of art that will be remembered by your guests. Our Grazing Tables come in savory, sweet or both! We also offer a vegetarian option. GRAZING TABLES ARE AVAILABLE BY THE METER (FROM 1 TO 4 YARDS), DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS. WE ADAPT THE STYLE TO YOUR NEEDS AND BUDGET.
