Let's take a culinary journey around the globe and explore the delightful world of Crepes (pancakes) and Flatbreads - time-honored staples that have graced tables around the world for centuries. Made fresh daily, these thin, versatile delicacies are the cornerstone of daily meals in many countries around the world.


Whether savory or sweet, each country and culture has its own way of preparing crepes and flatbreads. From Europe to Asia, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, the crepe repertoire is vast and includes both modern and revisited interpretations. In fact, crêpes are characterized by the ease with which they can be adapted to individual tastes, as well as by their simplicity of preparation,


Thin, thick, sometimes with holes, light, airy, sweet or savory, they can be reinvented ad infinitum while always remaining delicious and appetizing. In France, we're used to sautéing them, but depending on the country, they can be baked in the oven or in a special pan to create a melting pot of textures and flavors.
