Royale Dubaï Crêpe

Royale Dubaï Crêpe

The “Royale Dubaï Crêpe" consists of a fluffy crêpe topped with pistachio cream, chocolate, knafeh, strawberries, and roasted pistachios for crunch.

What’s the secret to Crêpe Royale LLC’s signature “Royale Dubaï Crêpe"?
We make our crêpe batter using a traditional French recipe, so it’s light and crispy on the edges - just the way you like it! Then, we generously spread pistachio cream, chocolate, knafeh, and crunchy pistachios on the crêpe. We fold it into a fan shape and top it with fresh, juicy strawberries for a fruity, colorful touch, then decorate it with Whipped cream rosettes.

Finally, we top it all off with a handful of crunchy pistachios whose caramelized flavor and texture add a deliciously crispy touch.

Enjoy!

  • PISTACHIO

Pistachio crêpes are crunchy, sweet, and bursting with culinary influences from Middle Eastern countries, which commonly use orange blossom or rose water, as well as honey, to fill crêpes.

In the Maghreb, for example, people enjoy crepes such as "baghrir," also known as "crepes with a thousand holes," and fritters called "sfenj." These are generously coated with honey and often filled with pistachios and eaten for breakfast or as a snack. In Lebanon, tiny crêpes called "katayef" are made and topped with nut or pistachio paste and a creamy topping with orange blossom water.

Whether from the Maghreb or the Middle East, these crepes are always associated with intoxicating flavors, generosity, and conviviality.
