The "Oh My Goat" Crêpe is the perfect combination of a homemade crêpe batter that literally melts in your mouth with a crispy edge and a blend of ingredients that each have their own level of umami. Preparation: We place the goat cheese on a crêpe and drizzle it with a fragrant honey, such as thyme honey, which harmonizes perfectly with the character, beautiful acidity and freshness of the goat cheese.
A slice of grilled bacon, cooked until crisp and low in fat, is placed on top of the filling.
The crepe is then folded in half and placed back on the hot crepe pan just long enough for the cheese to melt and the crepe to crisp.... And that's it!
