Tschuss

Tschuss

The "Tschuss" Crêpe is a light and crispy crêpe topped with chicken bratwurst, cheddar, apple, sauerkraut and Dijon mustard.

What's the secret behind CREPE ROYALE LLC's signature "Tschuss" Crêpe?
Feltman's of Coney Island used to be the best hot dog place. Their recipe included frankfurters, spicy German mustard, onions and sauerkraut. The "Tschuss" crêpe is an homage to the famous Feltman's hot dog.

The Crepe Royale's "Tschuss" is a grilled chicken bratwurst wrapped in a well-browned and crispy savory crêpe. The inside of the crepe is brushed with Dijon mustard and garnished with spicy sauerkraut and roasted apples. The whole thing is topped with shredded cheddar cheese that's young enough to melt easily over the grilled sausage.  The result is an irresistible sweet-salty-tart flavor.

When it comes to street food delights, few snacks can match the classic appeal of the hot dog. Over the years, hot dogs have become a global trend, adopted by cultures around the world, including the Bretons, who serve them in crispy crepes or galettes.

Each region adds its own twist to the classic hot dog. From the iconic New York hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard to the pimento-infused Coney Island hot dog or the French crepe dog, each variation of the hot dog adds to the charm of this humble street food delight.
