The Bliss Crêpe is a kind of mille-crêpes, individual or to share, fresh and delicious. In other words, it is a stack of very thin crepes filled with light whipped cream and garnished with fresh and juicy berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) for a fruity and colorful touch. Simple but delicious, it is both light and not very sweet.
For the more indulgent, we can add a thin layer of chocolate ganache, as well as some chocolate chips. These go wonderfully with strawberries and raspberries, for a moment of pure indulgence...
