The "Oh Oui" Crêpe is the perfect combination of a homemade crêpe batter that literally melts in your mouth with a crispy edge and a blend of ingredients that each have their own level of umami.
Preparation: We top the crêpe with crumbled goat cheese and a drizzle of a distinctive honey, such as thyme honey, whose sweetness blends perfectly with the character of the goat cheese and the slight acidity of the roasted apples. We add caramelized walnuts for crunch.
The crepe is then folded and placed back on the hot crepe pan just long enough for the cheese to melt and the crepe to crisp.The result is a light and healthy crêpe with the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
