Service Description

With our "Crêpe Cart" service, you can reserve an elegant, vintage crêpe cart stamped "Crêpe Royale" for your indoor or outdoor event. Crepe carts typically offer faster service than crepe food trucks and require fewer staff members. You can also set up a crepe cart for large events, such as corporate events or theme parties. PREREQUISITES: • Determine the size and number of crepe carts needed to serve the number of guests. • Keep in mind that one crêpe maker can serve 150 sweet crêpes or 70 savory crêpe meals in one hour. • If you do not want to keep your guests waiting, bring more crêpe makers and carts. • Place our teams in your space near electrical outlets at your convenience. (These are electric appliances, so there will be minimal steam emission during service.) REQUIREMENTS: • We need one hour before the service for our discreet preparations. • For a successful party, you will need: - One or more crêpe chefs. - Between two and four hours of service. - An indoor or outdoor space, which must be specified. - The client must provide a free space of 10 m², dedicated electrical outlets (at least one classic outlet supporting 220 V, 16 A, and 3600 W; we will bring the extension cords).
